  • We select locally sourced walnut, cherry, or maple planks that have been kiln dried. Board designs vary, from highly unique, live edge styles, to more traditional charcuterie styles.

  • -Hand wash with warm water and a little dish soap, dry with a clean towel.

    -Never soak in water or put in the dishwasher to avoid drying and cracking.

    -Treat regularly with food grade mineral oil or a beeswax blend, available at hardware stores. Rub oil into both sides of the board to prevent warping.

    -Treat your board right and it will serve you for years!
